Why the Supreme Court is moving to the right wind lately? “Bong Hit Jesus”, It was this banner showed by students at Alaska’s High school that caused a fight for civil rights after the Supreme Court favored first amendment censuring certain free speech in High Schools. In another words Schools can regulate student expression that regard Illegal use of drugs. Can we sue government because The Bush Faith law encourages government partnership with Religions Charities in order to get a share of Federal Government? Or the right to display religions symbols in Governments Buildings. The decision in favor of religious groups may create a question about separating state and religion and it will be unfair to non religious groups such as Atheist. This is just two of many decisions than Supreme Court is favoring Conservative side. It look like the supreme court it is slamming doors on people faces and helping big corporations to do whatever they want Maybe we can find the answer to “why” due most nominees candidates were proposed by George Bush and the big business Republicans. This means It would open the doors to future battles in Social issues such as Abortion, Gay rights and others. Maybe the phrase “We are the government and we are here to help you” will become scary for most Americans.
